Thomas Cameron 湯瑪士·卡麥隆

城市遊蕩者

卡麥隆(Cameron)於1992年出生在蘇格蘭的海倫斯堡，現正居住在倫敦。卡麥隆的創作主題經常為城市日常中的一個瞬間。運用光影與顏色的對比鮮明，整體呈現電影般的視角也被稱為現代版的愛德華·霍普(Edward Hopper, 1882-1967)。卡麥隆認為這些在城市中穿梭的身影不僅較貼近觀者生活週遭的日常光景，更容易引起觀者的共鳴。尤其，喧鬧城市的生活中對比之下而產生出的孤寂感，在卡麥隆的筆下更是顯著。他以一個城市遊蕩者(Flâneur)的身份在繁忙的市景中尋找消縱即逝之美，並運用油彩來創造出影像般具有敘事性的構圖。
