Lara Davies 蘿拉·戴維斯

懷舊氛圍再現

戴維斯(Davies)於1985年出生於英國的威爾斯，現居倫敦。戴維斯擅長把日常景色的片段轉換為充滿熟悉感的畫面，透過戴維斯的詮釋，窗邊和玻璃的一角都顯得格外懷舊。戴維斯的作品如同光影畫(Photogram)，好似物品經過長時間曝光後停留在畫布上的影像。整體的氛圍與用色上柔美之外，戴維斯運用油彩和水彩等多數媒材來堆疊層次的透明感，意圖傳達「渴望」的感受。經由戴維斯之手把隨處可見的景色套上了底片濾鏡，變成富有詩意的瞬間。
