在Jaoui 抽象畫作上會看到，貌似抽象的人物，其實是來自於藝術家的藝術實踐受到 #非洲原始藝術以及 #非洲面具 啟發影響他的創作，非洲地域之廣也讓其中的部族多如繁星，也如同呼應本次展覽的主題《衛星：圍繞我們運行的物體》；面具是一種抽象化的載體，傳承了不同神聖且古老的精神。它們背後的美學和神秘主義。帶给他很多的創作靈感。

每個非洲面具都有其獨特設計與象徵意義，可能代表著祖先、動物之靈、正邪兩勢力或是大自然，面具對非洲不同部族有著舉足輕重的地位。

藝術家透過建構每件作品的過程中同時喚起這種神秘的文化美學，這些概念中添加他的能量思想。是來自藝術家的生活經驗，通過生命旅程，能量中彼此交織堆疊，他通過繪畫傳遞情感和能量，延續非洲文化所帶給他的古老精神。

As you can see in Taher’s abstract paintings, the seemingly abstract figures come from the artist's artistic practice inspired by #AfricanPrimitiveArt and #AfricanMasks, the vast area of Africa is also home to many tribes, echoing the theme of this exhibition, "Satellites: Objects Orbiting Around Us"; masks are a kind of abstract carrier, inheriting different sacred and ancient spirits. The aesthetics and mysticism behind them give him a lot of creative inspiration.

Each African mask has its own unique design and symbolic meaning, which may represent ancestors, animal spirits, the forces of good and evil, or nature, and the masks are of great importance to different African tribes.

The artist evokes this mystical cultural aesthetic through the process of constructing each piece, adding his energetic thoughts to these concepts. It is from the artist's life experience, through the journey of life, that the energies are interwoven and stacked on top of each other, and he transmits emotions and energies through his paintings, continuing the ancient spirit that the African culture has brought to him.
