Haydonna Poster Pre-order Notice

Thank you for your love and support for Haydonna's works! Please carefully review the following details regarding this poster pre-order:

  1. Pre-order Period:
    The pre-order period is from 12:00 AM on January 1, 2025, to 11:59 PM on January 12, 2025. Please ensure your order is placed within the official dates. Late orders will not be accepted.
  2. Poster Details:
    Each poster is printed with high-quality techniques. Details about the paper material and dimensions will be listed on the product page. Please note that posters are different from art prints—all posters do not include the artist's signature or edition numbers.
  3. Pricing and Payment:
    Unframed poster: NT$880 (tax exclusive). Framed poster: NT$2380 (tax exclusive). The tax-inclusive amount will be displayed at checkout. Payments can be made via online bank transfer, credit card, or Alipay. A confirmation notification will be provided once your order is completed.
  4. Shipping Fees:
    The shipping fee for both framed and unframed posters is NT$150.
  5. Shipping Method:
    Due to increased shipping demand during the Lunar New Year period, the shipping time for pre-ordered items will take at least one month.
  6. Please confirm this timeline before placing your order. Once production is complete, pre-ordered items will be shipped in sequence. You may choose between gallery pickup or home delivery (additional shipping fees apply).
  7. Order Policy:
    Pre-ordered items are limited editions and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
  8. No Direct Messages for Orders:
    Orders will only be accepted through the official pre-order channels. Direct messages for purchases will not be accepted, and we appreciate your understanding.

*Posters are expected to be shipped starting on February 10, 2025. If there are any delays in shipping, further announcements will be made. Please wait patiently and refrain from calling to inquire.

 

*Additionally, posters are printed products, and the paper surface and corners may have slight imperfections or ink smudging, which are considered normal. If you are a perfectionist, please carefully consider before ordering, as we do not accept returns or refunds after the order is placed.
